Meet Dr. Kiger
After graduating from the Virginia Military Institute in 1965 and the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 1969, Dr. Kiger served the US as an army dentist. He then returned to Lynchburg, Virginia to start his private dentistry in 1971.
Dr. Kiger advocates continuing education and has recently studied under two of the world's leading aesthetic dentists, Dr. Bill Dickerson and Dr. David Hornbrook. Dr. Hornbook is the founder of the Pacific Esthetic Continuum in San Francisco, and Dr. Dickerson is the founder of the Las Vegas Institute for Advance Dental Studies (LVI), an internationally renowned institute. Both consider Dr. Kiger a skilled dentist, experienced in functional aesthetic dentistry, and a leader in the field of neuromuscular dentistry. A member of the Lynchburg Dental Society, the Piedmont Dental Society, the International Academy of Comprehensive Aesthetics, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Kiger has also received certification from the Academy of Laser Dentistry and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. He serves as the founder and administrator of the Virginia LVI Study Club for dentists on the east coast. Dr. Kiger provides patients with advanced dentistry in a personal, comfortable environment.
